Goraka

Ceylon Goraka, also known as Garcinia Cambogia, is a tropical fruit native to Sri Lanka. It is often used as a souring agent in Sri Lankan and South Indian cuisine, particularly in curries and fish dishes. The fruit is small, yellow to green, and when dried, it turns black, resembling a tamarind. Ceylon Goraka is also believed to have medicinal properties, including aiding digestion and weight management, and is sometimes used in traditional remedies.
